Dallas: Man Murdered outside of Gold Star on Ledbetter in South Oak Cliff:

At around 5:10 p.m. Friday evening, Michael Scott, 34, was standing in the parking lot of Gold Star Convenience Store located in the 2800 block of Ledbetter, when an unknown assailant ran up and shot Mr. Scott multiple times in the upper torso. The victim was rushed to Baylor University Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased.

I recall our days as Oak Cliff Steelers at Arden Terrace Park, those were the good times when we didn't have a care in the world.
